It begins with a free consultation and ends with your 100% satisfaction. We’ll ease you through your home remodeling project, smoother and better than ever

Step 1 - SCHEDULE FREE ESTIMATE APPOINTMENT
Contact us to schedule a free appointment with Golden State HRR to discuss your vision of what you would like renovated in your home. At your appointment, the home renovation specialist will measure the area and take note of how it can be customized to fit your lifestyle and achieve your design vision. They’ll answer all of your questions thoroughly and bring up any points of interest you may not have considered to give you the confidence to move forward with your project.
After your estimate appointment is complete we will send you a detailed bid to review. Some jobs will require follow up appointments to fine tune your scope of work outlined in your initial bid. Once your bid is accepted we will draw up your construction agreement and head into the design & plan process.
Now that all of the details of your scope of work have been agreed upon, Golden State HRR will send over your Construction Agreement for electronic signature.
We will schedule your design spec and material selection appointments and pull any necessary permits. Our team will evaluate your layout requirements, structural, electrical and plumbing changes, cabinets, countertops, flooring, and more to achieve a remodeling plan that will work best for your home. Our design experts will also assist in putting together your planning portfolio for all of your bathroom fixtures, accessories and kitchen appliances.
Once your design & plan process is complete we will put together a complete project schedule that will consist of a timeline and payment schedule so you know exactly what is going to be done throughout the entire project
During the renovation phase, we will handle all the details of ordering materials, scheduling, project oversight, and coordination. We will diligently keep you up to date on progress and issues. No matter how carefully we plan your project together you will probably want to make some changes along the way. We’re prepared to cheerfully accommodate any changes you want to make.
During the completion phase, we will meticulously inspect to ensure that the craftsmanship level has been maintained throughout the project. We will do a final review meeting with you to answer any outstanding questions or concerns you might have. We will do a final clean-up to the highest standards possible both within the project and anything on the property that we touched.
